What is PHMG Loyalty Program?

PHMG’s  guest loyalty program for customers of Prime Hospitality Management Group properties.

The more you spend, the more points you get in return, and the higher the reward. 

    1. Sign up and start earning points on your stays and purchases at PHMG
    2. Earn 1 point on your PHMG loyalty card for every EGP 1 spent at our properties. 
    3. Get rewards and redeem your earned points at PHMG.
    4. Guests get 10% discount upon filling the application
    5. We have 3 levels of membership, after enrollment guest receive the Prime Card, followed by Silver Card, Gold Card and Platinum Card.

Rules & Regulations:

      • Guest spend  certain amount of money (stays) at Prime Properties
      • Guest can transfer his points to other members to be redeemed at our properties
      • Guest enjoy numerous benefits while staying at Prime Properties.

Our Loyal Members

      • Must present their membership card before their stay to earn points (This includes the virtual card or membership number)
      • Membership level depends on the members’ total money spent at Prime Properties
      • Members receive 1 point per each qualifying night (EGP 1)

The following benefits are provided to our Loyal Members during their stay:

First loyalty membership category with no points. Points will be added with the first qualifying day at Prime properties.

Benefits:

    • Obtain Prime Card and become a member of our community
    • Member recognition at front desk
    • Early check-in upon availability
    • Late check-out till 4 pm (upon availability)
    • Welcome tray including water, tea and coffee in room upon check-in

Guest stayed up to 15 nights at Prime properties in 1 calendar year

    • Silver Membership requires a minimum stay of 15 nights at Prime properties (equivalent to 15,000 points)  during 1 calendar year.

Benefits:

    • Obtain Silver Card and become member of our community
    • Members recognition at front desk
    • Early check-in upon availability
    • Late check-out till 4 pm (upon availability)
    • Welcome tray including water, tea and coffee in room upon check-in
    • Fresh fruit basket in-room upon check-in
    • Free Mifi Device 
    • 10% discount on laundry service
    • 10% discount on Food and Beverages.

Guest stayed 25 qualifying nights; earn 25,000 Points

Gold Members require a minimum of 25 nights stay at Prime properties (equivalent to 25,000 points) during 1 calendar year.

Benefits:

    • Obtain Gold Card and become  member of our community
    • Members recognition at front desk
    • Priority Check-in
    • Early check-in upon availability
    • Late check-out till 4 pm (upon availability)
    • Welcome tray including water, tea and coffee in room upon check-in
    • Fresh fruit basket in-room upon check-in
    • Free Mifi Device + 1 time free charge (8 GB)
    • Free housekeeping service (once per week)
    • 15% discount on Food and Beverages.

Guest stayed 50 qualifying nights; earn 50,000 Points

Platinum members require minimum of 50 nights stay at Prime properties(equivalent to 50,000 points) during 1 calendar year.

Benefits:

    • Obtain Platinum Card and become a  member of our community
    • Members recognition at front desk
    • Priority Check-in
    • Early check-in upon availability
    • Late check-out till 4 pm (upon availability)
    • Welcome tray including water, tea and coffee in room upon check-in
    • Priority Check –in 
    • Guest welcome gift (towel, T-shirt…) 
    • Dedicated concierge service 
    • 15% discount on laundry service
    • 15% discount on Rooftop food and beverage 
    • Free second night on a minimum of 2 nights stay (Excluding weekends)
    • 10% discount in North Coast properties
    • Upgrade to next category upon availability (maximum 3 nights stay) 

Loyalty Membership Conditions:

    • A personal card that can only be used by PHMG Loyal Members
    • Memberships are to be used only by individual guests and not corporate accounts
    • Membership applies to short stays only (Less than 3 months)
    • Redemption to be applied on next stay’s invoice
    • Points can be redeemed at all Prime brands
    • Members can transfer their points to another member
